The decision to grow crops in a plantation or own field depends on various factors such as scale of operation, resources available, and personal preferences. Plantations are typically large-scale agricultural operations managed by a single entity, while own fields are smaller plots of land owned and operated by individual farmers. Plantations may offer economies of scale and access to specialized equipment, but own fields provide more autonomy and control over farming practices. Ultimately, the choice between plantation or own field will vary based on the specific needs and goals of the farmer. **
